PERMANENT MAKEUP | LIPS

What is Permanent Makeup Lips?

Lip blushing is a semi-permanent tattoo that can enhance the color and shape of your lips and give the impression of more fullness. It is an extremely popular treatment that defines lip contours and adds a natural flush to your lip color. This treatment delivers very natural results once healed.

Pigments are available in all different shades to match all lips to provide a subtle color that enhances the natural lip color and camouflages scars, paleness or unevenness. Our signature technique uses a small needle and works softly on the lips to gently deposit color without creating a heavy lip-line /border appearance. Colors are chosen for the client's desired results and skin tones,

PERMANENT MAKE UP LIPS | FAQ

HOW LONG DOES PERMANENT MAKE UP LIPS LAST?

Lip blushing can last between two to three years depending on the client's body, skin type and lifestyle. Smoking and sun exposure can speed up the fading process, and if you’re oil-prone, have an iron deficiency or use a lot of exfoliating products in your skin regimen, the pigment could fade more quickly, too.

Lip Blushing requires two sessions for the desired color and results. During the first session, the main goal is to neutralize the lips so it is even in color. During the second session, another layer of color is added for color results and longevity.

DOES IT HURT? IS NUMBING PROVIDED?

We strive to keep our clients at The Beauty Co. relaxed and comfortable prior and during the procedure. Pain is minimal to none as we do provide numbing agents to help prevent any discomfort.

HOW LONG IS THE HEALING PROCESS?

The average healing period is approximately 7 days but it takes a full month for the color to fully set in. Client might experience color loss after the scabs completely fall off but this is completely normal! The color will resurface after a couple weeks, up to 4 weeks to see the color's full potential.

DOES AGE MATTER?

We service clients from many ranges of age, skin types, and skin tones! However we do require our clients to be 18+ due to the laws implemented in Florida. The Beauty of PMU services is being able to service all in efforts to enhance their natural beauty!
