We cannot accommodate late arrivals as each service is structured with the appropriate time.
Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. We value each client's time and cannot allow a late arrival to run into the schedule of our other clients. For this reason, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
